The House
In the historical center of Sulzano, overlooking a small square with direct access to the lake, there is a pretty building from the ‘60s. There is a small door. And it is there that in April 2023, where one least expects its, Gemma Lodge was born.
Elegance inspired by simplicity. The best compromise between design and comfort.
Gemma Lodge is located on the first floor.
The spacious and bright living area with a small terrace overlooking the lake will make you enjoy the beautiful light, colors and reflections of sky and water. The sounds of the waves crashing on the shore creates a relaxing atmosphere as a soft background for your breakfasts on the terrace.
The sleeping area, cozy, quiet and decorated with attention to the smallest detail houses 2 double bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, with direct access from the street, Gemma Lodge guests can enjoy a covered space where to store bicycles, sports equipment, strollers and motorcycles.

The peace of the small square and a romantic view of the lake. A large wooden table and six comfortable almond-color stools. A carefully set table. All the ingredients you need to make conviviality warm and enjoyable.
Linens : tablecloth, placemats, dishcloths; match the house colors. Crockery and cutlery with a modern design will add a touch of color to the table.
THE TERRACE IS LAKE. THE LIVING ROOM IS SPACE, LIGHT, AND WARM COLORS. The perfect balance between modern and rustic.
The living room is welcoming and embracing. A deep and spacious sofa with chaise-longue, hardwood floor, 50” Smart TV, a reading chair and a coffee table with a rustic appeal. The lamps provide a warm and cozy atmosphere.
A relaxing ambiance. Gemma Lodge also offers the best set-up for Smart workers: a Smart-working station with wireless charging base and USB outlets.
Bedrooms:

Gemma Lodge pays the utmost attention and care to the quality of sleep: memory foam mattresses and 7 cm toppers. Medium height pillows and low memory foam pillows suitable for prone or supine sleepers are ready for our guests’ use. In winter, a goose down comforter is available.
Large double room:
Light and neutral colors. Hardwood floors. Straightforward materials and furnishings. Nothing is left to chance.
Large double bed . Guests who love reading can enjoy a large armchair that will convert into a comfortable single bed if needed. A bed with standard measurements 80*190 cm and a 18 cm thick mattress.
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom:
Bolder color combinations. Different materials but the same research and attention to detail.
The en-suite bathroom with toilet and sink is an added value that will help make your stay at Gemma Lodge even more comfortable and functional.

Located on the eastern shore of Lake Iseo, it is the main connection to Monte Isola.

THE HOST
My name is Gemma and I love to travel. I spend a lot of time planning each itinerary in every detail. It is as if the journey begins before the departure date.
I am passionate about design. I get excited about the different styles of furnishings. In my travels, the choice of location is always the protagonist because it is a source of inspiration and fun. I do not simply seek a “place to sleep” but a place that welcomes me, a space where I want to go back to, even to indulge in a moment of relaxation.
Details, materials, colors, and fragrances: everything must be exactly what I need to feel good.
I am not just a traveler. I am first and foremost a mom. That’s why I always look for the right balance between design and practicality for the whole family.
